Welcome to Pompey Tchoukball Club

portsmouthtchoukballclub-logo.jpgPortsmouth Tchoukball Club was formed in 2005 by ex-Cowplain and ex-St. Lukes players. It has grown to providing weekly training and we play a full season of fixtures every year in South Eastern Tchoukball League with a variety of teams. We also train with players from Bournemouth and Portsmouth Universities, and are developing Eggars Shcool and Southdowns college.

About Tchoukball

Tchoukball is a completely non-contact sport, which makes is very fast and dynamic.The ball cannot touch the floor, and must be video1.gifbounced off a sprung net - if the ball touches the floor you've scored a point. If they other team catch it they play on with possession. Oh, and you can attack either end !!

It was developed in Switzerland and is played in 44 countries around the world. If you'd like more information see 'What is Tchoukball?' over on the left. If you'd like to see the sport right now there are videos available with some information and league matches!

Tchoukball UK announce new dates for GB Squads.

1st trials to be held on the 23rd of October 2011 at Bedford.

Earlier this year several Portsmouth tchoukball players played in the World Championships in Ferrara, Italy.
