Welcome to Pompey Tchoukball Club

portsmouthtchoukballclub-logo.jpgPortsmouth Tchoukball Club was formed in 2005 by ex-Cowplain and ex-St. Lukes players. It has grown to provide weekly training and an full season of fixtures every year running as the Southern Tchoukball League with Mens, Ladies and Veterans teams. We also train wiith players from Bournemouth and Portsmouth Universities, and are developing Havant, Southdowns colleges and lots of schools in the area

About Tchoukball

Tchoukball is a completely non-contact sport, which makes is very fast and dynamic.The ball cannot touch the floor, and must be video1.gifbounced off a sprung net - if the ball touches the floor you've scored a point. If they other team catch it they play on with possession. Oh, and you can attack either end !!

It was developed in Switzerland and is played in 44 countries around the world. If you'd like more information see 'What is Tchoukball?' over on the left. If you'd like to see the sport right now there are videos available with some information and league matches!

This weekend sees the European Chamionships take place in Hereford, 27th to 29th August.
18 players from the Southern Tchoukball Legaue will be competing in the Tournament.
Pompey Tchoukball Club would like to wish all the players from the STL the best of luck in the tournament and we hope you enjoy it.
